We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our efforts in the Hong Kong region. As the BDM, you will be responsible for driving sales and market development of Salto and Gantner products in Hong Kong. Your primary focus will be on targeting new end users while working closely with our business partners to nurture sales opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in B2B industries. You’ll need tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, and the ability to persuade key contacts, understand client needs, and match those needs with effective solutions. Strong networking and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of end-user procurement dynamics, are essential, as you will often engage with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
In this role, you will report to our General Manager in Hong Kong and collaborate with our technical teams.

- CCTV sales experience is mandatory, ensuring familiarity with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in the industry.
- Knowledge of electronic locks and electronic access control systems is mandatory, with the ability to communicate technical complexities clearly to various audiences.
