Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Brand Content Writer & Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and data-driven content across various marketing channels to boost brand awareness and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, SEO, copywriting, and campaign management, combined with the ability to analyze and optimize content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage content across the marketing value chain, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. This includes copywriting for different formats such as email campaigns, website content, blogs, social media posts, and more.
- SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct thorough SEO research to identify high-traffic keywords, optimizing content for search engines to improve organic reach and visibility.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Utilize CMS platforms to upload, organize, and manage website content, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize content for conversions, driving user engagement and sales.
- Copywriting & Editing: Write and edit high-quality, engaging copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to target audiences. Proofread content for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Data-Driven Content Analysis: Leverage analytics to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization and content improvement.
- Consumer Psychology & Persuasion: Apply knowledge of consumer behavior, psychology, and persuasive techniques to create content that resonates with the audience and drives action.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop captivating narratives that represent the brand’s values and mission, creating a consistent and compelling brand story across all touchpoints.
- UI/UX Experience: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure content is integrated effectively into web design and enhances user experience.
- Technical Writing & Documentation: Produce clear, concise, and technical documentation when necessary, including product descriptions, how-to guides, and FAQs.
- HTML/CSS Basics for Content Formatting: Use basic HTML and CSS knowledge to format content effectively for web pages, ensuring content appears as intended.
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Lead omni-channel campaign design and management, from concept to execution. Measure, track, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand content writing, content management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive copy across various formats including email, web, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies.
- In-depth understanding of consumer psychology, behavior, and persuasive writing techniques.
- Experience in creating omni-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and the impact of content on user experience.
- Technical writing experience is a plus.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools and reporting software.
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
