MBA /PGDM from a reputed management institution with minimum 10 years in core C&B.
Location –
Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and strategy area of the Compensation and Benefits team.
· Portfolio will cover driving and designing the quarterly Variable programs including the merit cycles
· The incumbent holder is expected to also oversee the equity programs including Executive compensation
· Expertise in developing competitive and market-aligned pay structures including variable pay and other incentive plans.
· Work with consultants on benchmarking, market intelligence, research & inputs for strategy development and timely rollout
· Will lead the compensation strategy for the entire organization.
· Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders: Partner with finance/tax, legal and local HR payroll teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to payroll, and compensation & benefits programs.
This Role will report to the Head compensation and benefits.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role will be inclined towards analytical thinking with experience in developing pay & benefit frameworks for a global organization. The individual will need to have hands-on expertise and good thought process for problem solving. Fast learner with a good understanding of C&B domain.
The individual should be a situational thinker and solution oriented.
Should be able to lead a team and be a long term team player.
Learns new ideas and concepts quickly; demonstrates an immediate understanding of newly presented information; gathers comprehensive information to support decision making; learns from successes and failures and seeks feedback
