Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Growth Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position that plays a crucial role in driving our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer acquisition, performance marketing, and cross-media campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition with a strong understanding of different acquisition channels and strategies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and the ability to optimize campaigns to drive ROI effectively.
  • Experience in planning and executing cross-media campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and offline mediums.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment and achieve target KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging in all campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Create detailed campaign reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to develop growth strategies that align with company goals.
  • Continuously test new marketing strategies and channels to find the most effective ways to reach and convert the target audience.
