The ideal candidate should have a robust background in managing client relationships and driving sales within the Healthcare domains. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, positioning our software solutions effectively, and spearheading revenue growth initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in software sales, specifically targeting Healthcare clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their impact on business operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales and account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and position the company's software solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
