Qualifications and Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in software sales, specifically targeting BFSI or FMCG clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with BFSI or FMCG clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales and account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and position the company's software solutions effectively.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
