We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who thrives in an environment of high ownership and accountability. You will define the strategy and product roadmap for a key area of our business, drive execution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impact. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define the strategy and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the complete product lifecycle—from initial discovery and design through execution to impact measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and effectively prioritize initiatives.
  • Team & Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of priorities and progress.
  • Leadership & Execution: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to execute with excellence, keeping customer impact at the forefront.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and iterate based on learnings.

 

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to define strategy and drive execution independently.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, leading through influence rather than authority.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—can clearly articulate vision and drive alignment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bonus: Experience working in marketplaces.
