Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates for various technical roles.
  • Engage with potential candidates via phone, email, and in-person meetings to assess fit for company needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Support the creation of job descriptions and post job ads on appropriate platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fair activities as a company representative.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates during the recruitment process.
