Timings - 9.00 a.m - 05.00 p.m (IST) on weekdays, 9.00 am – 2.00 pm on Saturday.

Job Description-

Job Title: System Administrator /Jr.System Administrator

Qualification: BSc/BE in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus.

Experience: 2+ years

Technical Details:

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

Office 365 Administration

VMWare / Virtualization Experience

Windows Server Administration

Tally Support Experience

* Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

* Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery

* Knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

* Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

* Knowledge of Open source Software’s

* Knowledge of Web Server, Database, and Storage

* Knowledge of ticketing system, Network and Linux server troubleshooting 

* Excellent communication skills

Role & Responsibilities

* Install and configure software and hardware

* Manage network servers and technology tools

* Set up accounts and workstations

* Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

* Troubleshoot issues and outages

* Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

* Upgrade systems with new releases and models

* Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

* Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manual,s and IT policies
