We seek a junior-level resource to support Veeva Vault implementation, managing data/document migration, optimizing Veeva functionalities, and collaborating on training and system connections. 

The candidate will need to work from 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST, aligning with the US time zone 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the migration of data and documents into Veeva Vault, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment of migration activities with project goals. 
• Assist with creation of and update training documents related to assigned business application 
• Work alongside the Training & Procedures Team to create job aids for new practices. 
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements. 
• Provide technical expertise on Veeva Vault functionalities, integrations, and best practices. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively. 
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with both technical and non-technical teams. 
• Identify, understand, and proactively raise potential risks. 
• Interpret and comprehend technical documentation to ensure proper implementation and support 
• Conduct data quality checks post-migration to validate the integrity and completeness of transferred data 

Area of Expertise Required:

• Prior experience of Veeva migration support 
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault & workflows 
• Data or document migration  
• Document & metadata mapping 
• Testing and script execution  
• Coordinating with both technical & non-technical SMEs 
• Bridging technical specifications with business needs 

Required Qualification:

• 3+ years of development and support experience on the Veeva Platform. 
• Experience in data/document migration or support roles, specifically with Veeva systems (RIM, Clinical, and Quality). 
• Experience working with Veeva Vault Quality Suite, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formatted output reports, and notifications. 
• Experience in configuring and resolving issues in multiple Veeva Vaults. 
• Proficient in influencing stakeholders and collaborating closely to identify viable solutions. 
• Bachelor's degree in life science, computer science, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Highly organized.
