Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and help them resolve any technical issues they face with our products.
- Assist in documenting customer interactions and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various communication channels such as chat, email, or phone calls.
- Collaborate with the tech team to address and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills and knowledge of the company's products.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the necessary channels for quick resolution.
