JD - Personal Branding/ Social Media Manager
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our
LinkedIn presence in the HR/ Design/ Entrepreneurship space. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform and best
practices. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our content
calendar, scheduling and publishing posts, and engaging with our audience to
grow our network and reach.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy that aligns with our
brand and objectives
● Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency and adherence to
the content calendar
● Monitor and engage with our audience, responding to comments and
messages in a timely manner
● Analyze content performance and adjust the strategy as needed to
maximize reach and engagement
● Identify opportunities for collaboration with other influencers and
professionals in the HR, design & entrepreneurship space
● Research and develop high-quality content on HR topics, trends, and
best practices
● Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and punctuation
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related
field
● Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus
on LinkedIn
● Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices and content strategies
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
● Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
● Interest in HR/ Design/ Entrepreneurship principles, practices, and
industry trends is a plus
