● Proficient in CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM.

● Proficient in handling project management tools like Notion, Trello.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong explore towards the international market.

● Represent Hyring in Events & conferences.

● 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HR industry.

● Strong understanding of the HR market and the current industry trends and challenges.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Strong project management and organizational skills
