Company Overview: It is a cloud based software to help industrial businesses to manage and monetize their sustainability journeys, using AI and blockchain. It helps industrial companies track and monetize their CO2 emissions, creating profitable pathways to sustainability. It’s sector-specific AI & blockchain-powered software meets standards of GHG protocol, World Steel Association, Responsible Steel, CBAM, ISO, GRI, BRSR, ADX and so on.
The revenue model is based on SaaS subscription fees. Our primary focus is on industrial manufacturing led companies. Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. The company is headquartered in Bangalore.
About the role- We are looking for a Sales Manager to take our products to market to industrial customers.
Note: We have two openings, one for South India and another for West India locations. Tamil language proficiency is mandatory for the South India position. This role requires 70% travel, involving visits to client locations.

Key responsibilities- Lead sales for our products
• Create sales strategy
• Identify potential customers through market analysis
• Manage funnel via CRM tools
• Develop pricing structure
• Build long lasting relationships with customers
• Sell products to industrial companies
• Negotiate contracts with customers
• Increase sales order at existing customers
• Work with marketing and product team closely
Key requirements
• 6-8 years’ experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS product sales to industrial companies
• Existing relationships with leading industrial companies in India
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Quick ramp up to understand sustainability space
• Sharp communicator, able to connect with industrial companies
• Start-up (0-1) experience
• Passion for sustainability!
