Job Summary:
This position is for the Agency Services Vertical of Javix Media Called- Hypronline.
We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Social Media Team Lead to drive our social media strategy, oversee a talented team, and elevate our brand’s presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media professionals. Provide guidance, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
- Growth Hacking Leadership: Implement and oversee growth hacking techniques to rapidly expand our digital footprint. Drive creative and unconventional strategies to achieve significant growth in user base and brand visibility.
- Strategic Brand Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across all digital platforms. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals while guiding the team in executing these strategies.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a robust community around our brand. Develop and implement engagement strategies, advocacy programs, and user-generated content initiatives to strengthen community ties.
- Innovative Social Media Tactics: Design and implement innovative social media tactics to increase engagement, virality, and visibility. Encourage and spearhead creative approaches within the team to push boundaries and maximize impact.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Lead the team in conducting testing and experimentation across social media channels. Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize content and strategies.
- Influencer and Partnership Strategy: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors. Develop and oversee campaigns that leverage these collaborations to extend reach and enhance brand awareness.
- Emerging Trends and Platforms: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities on emerging social media platforms. Guide the team in exploring and capitalizing on new trends to engage with younger demographics and early adopters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within an ad agency or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications or training in digital marketing are a plus.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into actionable social media initiatives. Experience in leading teams and managing strategic projects.
- Innovative and Analytical Mindset: Constantly seek out new ideas and trends in digital marketing. Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Community Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing online communities with a focus on engagement, growth, and advocacy.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and pivot strategies based on market trends and data insights.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
