Job Summary:

This position is for the Agency Services Vertical of Javix Media Called- Hypronline.

As a YouTube /Instagram /Social Media Anchor, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and high-quality video content to build and maintain a strong audience base. You will be responsible for presenting and representing the organization on the YouTube /Instagram and other platform, establishing rapport with viewers, and ensuring the success of the channel through strategic content creation and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging video content on a regular basis.
• Develop, host, and present various YouTube videos and series.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all videos.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and topics.
• Manage and respond to audience comments and interactions.
• Optimize videos for search and discoverability.
• Stay up to date with YouTube & Instagram trends and best practices.
• Analyze video performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with other platforms and departments for cross-promotion.
• Participate in live streams, Q&A sessions, and community events.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of short-form copywriting for an ad agency/fast paced work environment.
• Proven experience as a YouTuber, vlogger, or video content creator
• Proficient in video editing software and techniques
• Excellent on-camera and public speaking skills
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and analytics
• Ability to generate creative, original ideas and execute them effectively
• Knowledge of copyright and fair use laws as they pertain to video content
• Experience with audience engagement and community management
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in online content and social media
• Understanding of SEO and YouTube best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command on Hindi and English language
• Prior Fashion modeling Experience will be a plus.
