Job Overview
HyperBeans Inc. is seeking a mid-level HR Generalist at our Indore location. This full-time role requires a dynamic professional to manage various human resource functions including employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies. The candidate will provide support in HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The role requires a balance of strategic planning and resourceful execution in handling HR tasks within a growing IT consultancy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies is mandatory. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven proficiency in performance management practices to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Experience in training and development programs tailored to elevating employee skills and productivity.
- Strong knowledge in compensation and benefits administration to manage and enhance the employee experience.
- Expertise in conflict resolution with a keen sense of mediation to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Sound understanding of labor law compliance to ensure company operations align with local regulations and policies.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and execution in HR initiatives and modifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments and with employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires effectively.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to promote a productive work environment.
- Facilitate performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- Design and conduct training and development initiatives to foster employee professional growth.
- Administer and manage compensation and benefits plans to bolster employee satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with the management team to maintain HR strategies aligning with the business needs and goals.
