Hustlehub is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with minimal work experience, ranging from 0 to 1 years. The job location spans multiple cities including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hubballi, Shimoga, Tumakuru, and Davanagere.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage according to company standards.
• Inspect items for any defects or damages and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking packed items.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet packing targets and deadlines.
• Handle packaging materials efficiently and ensure minimal waste.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and help identify areas for workflow enhancement.
