Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hustlehub. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in housekeeping and supervision roles.
Qualifications and Skills
- Leadership (Mandatory skill)
- Time Management: Ability to manage schedules and tasks efficiently to ensure all housekeeping duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

- Organization: Strong organizational skills to keep track of various tasks, inventories, and schedules.

- Cleaning Techniques: Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize the efficiency of the housekeeping team.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to housekeeping from clients or staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and enhance client satisfaction.
