Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hustlehub. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in housekeeping and supervision roles.


Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
  • Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize the efficiency of the housekeeping team.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to housekeeping from clients or staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and enhance client satisfaction.
