Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Electrician to join our team at Hustlehub. This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of electrical work. The role involves ensuring the electrical systems in our office spaces are safely and efficiently maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

• Electrical Wiring (Mandatory skill)
• Circuit Testing (Mandatory skill)
• Troubleshooting of electrical issues in office spaces, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Capability in Blueprint Reading to interpret and execute electrical layout plans.
• Adherence to Safety Procedures to protect oneself and others from electrical hazards.
• Knowledge of Power Distribution systems and how to manage them effectively in enterprise office settings.
• Familiarity with Electrical Code Knowledge to ensure all work complies with local regulations and standards.
• Skills in Equipment Maintenance to keep all electrical systems and tools in optimal working condition.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in our coworking and enterprise office spaces.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components to ensure safe operation.
• Identify electrical problems using a range of testing devices and tools.
• Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation purposes.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations to prevent electrical hazards.
• Respond promptly to repair calls and perform necessary maintenance to prevent electrical failures.
• Provide documentation and reports on electrical maintenance and repairs performed.
• Ensure all electrical installations conform to the national and local electrical codes and standards.
