Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in sales (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong background in business development with experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Skilled in client relationship management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to successfully close deals and contracts
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and proposals
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
