Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Executive at Huptech Web Private Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring that our recruitment processes and HR operations run smoothly. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, participating in HR policy development and implementation, and managing office administration. Proficiency in HR software (KEKA), Google Workspace applications, and excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all grade employees, ensuring alignment with our current manpower requirements.
- Review existing job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews (telephonic, Zoom, and face-to-face) for HR, technical, and Head Of Department (HOD) rounds.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure all joining formalities are completed in a timely manner.
HR Administration:
- Maintain well-organized and updated employee files, including necessary documentation and reviews.
- Utilize HR software (KEKA) to streamline HR processes.
- Coordinate new employee orientation programs and ensure compliance with all new hire requirements.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance management and improvement systems.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities, both internally and externally.
- Conduct exit interviews, manage exit formalities, and escalate organizational concerns when necessary.
Office Administration:
- Oversee office administration and manage all admin-related queries including employee requests.
Communication and Documentation:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and email drafting capabilities.
- Proficient use of Google Workspace applications including Google Documents, Sheets, and Calendar to manage HR-related documentation and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a tech or digital agency environment.
- Proficient in using KEKA HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
