Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead specializing in Full Stack Microsoft technologies to lead and oversee software development initiatives at R Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .Net Core, Angular 14+, and SQL on Azure platforms, with proficiency in modern tools and frameworks like Docker, OAuth, and SAML. This role involves leading a team, designing solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack solutions using .Net Core, C#, MVC, Angular, and SQL.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, including code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to align technical strategy with business objectives.

1. Solution Architecture:

• Design and implement microservices-based architectures leveraging Azure tools and platforms, including Service Bus and Cosmos DB.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications through best practices and design principles.

1. Development and Deployment:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and integrate with APIs using OAuth, SAML, and other secure communication protocols.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with tools like nginx.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Drive agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by advocating for modern practices and tools.

1. Version Control and Maintenance:

• Oversee version control processes, ensuring seamless collaboration via Git.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack and ensure the smooth operation of applications.

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with .Net Core, C#, and MVC frameworks.
• Proficiency with Angular 14+, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, especially on Azure, including Service Bus and Cosmos DB.

1. DevOps and Tools:

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and deployment via nginx.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, monitoring, and logging tools.

• Knowledge of security protocols like OAuth and SAML.
• Experience with writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Educational Qualifications:
