As an e-Commerce Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business objectives.
• Managing and optimizing the e-commerce website to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Overseeing product listings, pricing, and inventory management on various online platforms.
• Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the market.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
• Planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Managing relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways, logistics providers, and digital marketing agencies.
• Staying updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and e-commerce trends to propose innovative strategies and tactics.
• Providing regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting e-commerce performance, opportunities, and challenges.
