Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing financial guidance to the organization. The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) first attempt with excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel. The candidate should also have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide financial guidance to the organization, including recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Conduct research and analysis on financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments under the company to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Preparation of information docket Information Memorandum, Financial Models
  • Assist the business line heads in transaction and structuring of deals.
  • Create business strategies for key clients.
  • Conduct secondary research as a part of transaction advisory assignments.
  • Co-ordinate and work with various City Leads on transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) first attempt - Mandatory
  • MBA from Tier 1 & 2 Business Schools
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and modelling
  • Hands on experience in Real Estate Capital Markets transactions is preferred.
