Job Description:
- Responsible for daily operations at ongoing sites
- Coordinate & interact with team, client, vendor & sub-contractor on regular basis
- Good negotiator with complex interfaces
- Strong motivator & leader at site
- MS Word, Excel, ppt expertise for planning & allocating resources
- Assist with managing multiple projects overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, billing, contracts, warranty requests and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist with completing cost/budget analysis of assigned projects
- Assist with managing multiple project supervisors
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Civil Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in Civil Construction project management of Public / Government / Infrastructure.
- Good command over English verbal & written
