Job Overview

  • We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize outbound telephone calls, mails and Data Collection to achieve sales targets.
  • To be successful as a tele sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work
  • in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing tele sales executive should be able to follow sales scripts
  • Should demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service
  • skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate new business leads by prospecting potential clients over the phone
  • Make outbound sales calls to communicate product offerings, promotions, and benefits
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Provide excellent customer service and address clients' inquiries and concerns
  • Update customer database with relevant information and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
