Site Engineer [Male candidates are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years in the construction field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring construction projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining quality standards. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B. Tech) is mandatory, preference will be given to male candidates.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.

Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and site photos.

Provide regular progress reports to the project manager

Optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality

Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the construction process.

Requirements

 Candidates must have worked for high-rise buildings.

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B. Tech) is mandatory.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field.

 Proven track record in managing and supervising construction projects.

 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in relevant construction software and tools.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
