Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards
• Prepare project progress reports and documentation
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage and maintain project records and documentation
• Supervise and train site staff as necessary
