Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Customer Relationship Management:

Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Sales Process Oversight:

Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.

Ensure compliance with sales policies and best practices.

Market Research and Analysis:

Analyze market data to adapt and improve sales strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

 Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

6-10 years of sales experience, particularly in real estate sales and management.
