Job Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and consumer insights
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
- Forecast sales and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline to management
