Job Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and consumer insights
  • Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
  • Forecast sales and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline to management
