Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in sales. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with the sales process and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitor activities, and potential new products or services
