PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with expertise in Mivan shuttering techniques. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring the successful implementation of Mivan shuttering technology. Candidates should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech degree and demonstrate a strong track record in project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

 Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

 Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

 Provide technical expertise in Mivan Shuttering techniques throughout the project lifecycle.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of Mivan Shuttering methodologies.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mivan Shuttering

 Lead project teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

 Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to team members

 Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

 Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards and specifications

 Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.

 Take corrective actions as necessary to address quality deficiencies

 Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints

 Prepare budget reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

 Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

Requirements

 Proven working experience as a Project Manager

 Mivan shuttering or Aluminium formwork experience is a mandate

 Bachelors in Civil Engineering
