Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our real estate development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring their successful execution from planning to completion, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resources required.

Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

Create and maintain project documentation.

Resource Management:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

Assign tasks and set project deadlines.

Supervise project team activities and provide guidance as needed.

Quality Control:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in all projects.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.

Budget and Cost Management:

Develop and manage project budgets.

Monitor project costs and expenses while minimizing unnecessary expenditures.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage potential risks and issues during project execution.

Create strategies for risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and the management team.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.

Conduct project performance evaluations and assessments.


1.    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

2.    5-8 years of project management experience in the real estate or construction industry.

3.    Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

4.    Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

5.    Proficiency in project management software and tools.

6.    Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
