We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate for its rapidly growing Bangalore-based team


Responsibilities:

  • Direct Customer Engagement:
  • Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.
  • Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
  • Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.
  • Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products.
  • Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
  • Sales Pitch Customization:
  • Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
  • Closing Deals:
  • Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.
  • Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
  • CRM Management:
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
  • Achieving Targets:
  • Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.
  • Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.
  • Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.
  • Actively participate in training programs.
  • Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.
  • Adaptability:
  • Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.


*Women and those with prior healthcare inside sales experience are preferred.
