Responsibilities:

Direct Customer Engagement:

  • Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons for not converting.
  • Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.

Customer Relationship Building:

  • Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their requirements.
  • Provide information about the company's products or services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to potential customers.

Sales Pitch Customization:

  • Customize sales presentations to address the unique needs of each customer.

Closing Deals:

  • Use persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to secure customer commitment.

CRM Management:

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities to measure performance.

Achieving Targets:

  • Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Regularly report progress to sales leadership.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other teams, such as the care team and clinic team, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and sales techniques.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Adapt to fast changes in products, processes, or sales conditions.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
