Objective:- Lead and expand the generator business within Karnataka, focusing on increasing sales, developing business strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:-

 

Sales Leadership:- Lead the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the business within Karnataka

 

Market Analysis:- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and develop new business strategies.

 

Customer Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet those needs.

 

Team Management:- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team. Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve team effectiveness.

 

Product Knowledge:-  Gain extensive knowledge of the generator products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and provide tailored solutions.

 

Financial Planning:-  Set financial targets and budget resources accordingly. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure financial goals are met.

 

Collaboration:-  Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.

 

Reporting:- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and challenges to senior management.

 

Qualifications:-

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the generator or related industries.

- Strong understanding of the Karnataka market and its business dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in sales and management software tools.
