Job Description:

We are a reputable chemical manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of various chemical products. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients in both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sectors. Your responsibilities will include selling our range of chemical products to clients in industrial estates and areas, requiring a willingness to explore and navigate these regions effectively.


Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our chemical products.

Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to secure new business and achieve sales targets.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.

Explore and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.

Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and progress against targets.


Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the chemical industry.

Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for transportation.

Willingness to explore and navigate industrial estates and areas to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Smart, proactive, and eager to learn new things with a strong interest in the chemical industry.

Hardworking and dedicated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good knowledge of the local region and industrial areas, including key players and potential customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
