About the Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced CRM Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to optimize customer relationships, drive sales growth, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of a CRM system.
- Manage and train the CRM team to ensure efficient data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and trends to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer interactions.
- Generate reports and provide insights to leadership on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a CRM Manager role or similar customer-centric position.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
