We are seeking an experienced CRM Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the CRM manager, addressing documentation needs, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns related to the flats purchased. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction beyond the point of sale.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CRM Manager to provide support in implementing and maintaining customer relationship management strategies.
Enter and update customer information in the CRM system promptly and accurately.
Assist clients with the completion of post-sales documentation
Ensure all required paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and signatures
Address client inquiries and concerns related to their property purchase.
Provide regular updates on the status of documentation and other post-sales processes
Qualification Bachelor's degree from any stream
