Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The

conceptualization to project completion, the Architect will play a key role in shaping

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for

the project.

 Develop architectural designs that meet client objectives, budget constraints,

and regulatory standards.

 Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using computer-aided

design (CAD) software.

 Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure

design integrity and project feasibility.

 Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction

progress, and address any design-related issues.

 Research and integrate sustainable design practices, materials, and

technologies into projects.

 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in

architecture.

 Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural principles

and techniques.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture & have Minimum 3-4 Years of

Experience in Real-Estate Field.

 Licensed Architect with 3-4 years of experience in architectural design and

project management.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

 Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction

standards.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design solutions.
