Job Overview

This is a mid-level position in the accounting department . The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting with the overall financial operations of the company. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Talluy)
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
• Experience in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Ability to handle petty cash and perform bank reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end close processes
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and related documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
