1. Organize and maintain personnel records of internal and external stakeholders
2. Maintain official platforms like job portals, HRMS, etc.
3. Carry out processes like onboarding formalities, exit formalities, employee engagement, etc.
4. Update internal databases (e.g. leave records, official documents, policies, etc.)
5. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, JDs, offer letters and new hire guides
6. Revise company policies in coordination with the stakeholders
7. Answer employees' queries via mail and other platforms about HR-related issues and maintain a record of the same
8. Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
9. Work on the closure of junior-level positions like interns, admin, housekeeping, etc.
10. Participate in HR projects (e.g. employee engagement activities, learning, and development, etc.
