Autosar Can Developer

Professional Experience:

• 5 - 7 years of total experience

• Experience in Automotive domain Embedded Software development using Embedded C

• Experience in communication protocols - CAN, J1939, CAN-FD, ISO-TP (Transport Protocol), diagnostics – ISO 14229 (UDS)

• Experience in Vector AUTOSAR stack configuration and Vector tools - DaVinci Developer, Davinci Configurator, Candela studio, CANOE/CANalyzer, CANdb editor

• Experience in CAN/J1939 testing

• Experience in requirement and design analysis

• Experience in Software Integration and Release Management

• Experience in Software Version Control (PTC-Integrity preferably)

• Understanding of Microcontroller

Additional Preferred Skills (IT, languages, etc.):

• AUTOSAR knowledge

• ASPICE knowledge

• Functional Safety (ISO 26262) knowledge

• Experience in debugging skills using Lauterbach debugger tools

• Good to have knowledge in VX1000, XCP

• Good to have knowledge of automating test cases using scripting like CAPL, Python, C#, QT

• Good to have knowledge of UML, Enterprise Architect

• Experience in SW code quality like PCLint, MISRA, Polyspace

• Experience working with European teams

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the complete AUTOSAR CAN development cycle.

• Responsible as a CAN Single point of Contact.

• Performing functional and signal-level testing, writing test cases and; creating and maintaining test environment setups.

• Maintaining project-specific CAN database received from the customer.

• Creation/updation of requirements and design documents.

• Interaction with the customer, project management and development teams.

• Plan and coordinate tasks – working in AGILE teams.
