Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced NAV / BC Developer.

This is a full-time position based in Kharadi - Pune, Maharashtra, India.


As a NAV Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics NAV software solutions.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA Mandatory.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and C/AL programming language
  • Experience with NAV version upgrades and migrations.
  • Familiarity with NAV development tools and environments
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose efficient NAV solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into NAV software solutions
  • Design, develop, and customize NAV modules and functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Perform coding, debugging, and unit testing of NAV applications
  • Optimize and troubleshoot NAV performance issues
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Document technical specifications and user manuals
  • Stay up-to-date with NAV development trends and technologies


Job Insight


Study business processes and design new business flows


•  Prepare flow diagrams and FRD


•  Customization Testing and Analysis the Gap.


•  Making the Change Request Document & share with Client.


•  Design templates and document configuration procedures


•  Handling all Finance, Purchase, Sales, Transfer, 


•  Reconciliation GL, Vendor, Customers, Inventory.


•  Inventory Valuation, Cost Run, Item Revaluation.


•  Account Scheduled mapping P&L, Other Account Related data 


•  Making the Project plan for Implementation Phase wise


•  Perform mapping and GAP analysis for each module


•  Configure future business process in NAV


•  Create end-user manual and user training


•  Interact with consultants of other modules


•  Test software modules and train employees to use the new software 


•  Giving Trainings to end users


•  Giving Fully Support


•  Doing setups for all.


Handling all kind of financial, Purchase, inventory, User Training, issue, requirement & creation of all setups.
