Key Responsibilities -

• Fund raising and managing investor relations.
• Recognize Global Digital trends to help transform the company into a leading Media-Tech Organization
• Identifying key capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities as well as divestments
• Interface with Board, Current Shareholders and Potential Investors
• Collaborating with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies.
• Ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.
• Monitoring execution of business initiatives as well as strategic risk.

Key Competencies / Skills

1. Fund Raising & Investor Relations: Have the ability to tap various investor networks to garner investments for the organization. Should be able to author funding pitches and proposals as well as executing fund raising events to be able to close deals. Will be responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community.

2. Understand the Media/Digital Tech: space as well as D2C content Distribution: Have an understanding on the technological transformation needed to drive a media company into a forward looking digital-tech organization. Have experience and understanding in D2C product drives and distribution.

3. Strategy Formulation & Execution: Possess the ability to recognize global as well as regional trends in the space, strategic planning, objective and goal prioritization and execution.

4. Entrepreneurial & Creative Leader: A go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset being able to take idea origination right up-to its successful execution by engaging people’s interests, motivation and sponsorship. Ability to think out of the box and steer the organization to its planned goals despite hurdles.

5. User Monetization & Growth: Formulate new innovative ideas, strategies and form new strategic partnerships to monetize the user base and promote user growth.
