Role: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: Freelancer

Location: Remote


We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in the recruitment consultancy industry, as a freelancer or in a full-time .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients who require recruitment services. Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry contacts, to generate leads.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within target companies.
  • Requirement Gathering: Thoroughly understand client needs and requirements. Collaborate with clients to obtain detailed job descriptions and specific recruitment needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Regularly provide updates and reports to the management team.


We strictly seek candidates with experience in a recruitment consultancy as a BDE .
