Key Responsibilities:
Edit video content for various platforms, including social media and advertisements.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver high
quality video content.
Perform video/audio cutting, trimming, and sequencing.
Add special effects, transitions, text overlays, and other visual enhancements as
needed.
Ensure final videos meet the brand guidelines, style, and client requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest video editing tools, techniques, and trends.
Perform color grading and sound mixing to enhance video quality.
Review client feedback and make necessary adjustments to videos.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. (Any of these)
Knowledge of audio editing and sound design techniques.
Understanding of color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Strong storytelling skills and a good eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of social media video formats (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field is a
plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with animation and motion graphics.
Familiarity with video optimization for different platforms (web, mobile, social).
Experience in working with a creative agency or in a fast-paced marketing
environment.
