Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and
Instagram.
Set up, monitor, and report on performance metrics for each campaign (CTR, ROI,
conversions, etc.).
Create ad copy, visuals, and strategies that align with the client’s brand and marketing
goals.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with audience targeting, goals, and budgets.
Conduct A/B testing to maximize performance and optimize spend.
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices for social media
advertising.
Manage and track campaign performance, providing detailed reports to clients and
suggesting improvements.
Monitor budget and ad spend to ensure efficiency.
Run ad campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads tools.
Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking ad performance and making data-driven
decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with creative and marketing
teams.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and ad formats.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
