KRA/ JD

* Create and maintain schedules for electricians, maintenance engineers, operators, boiler operators, labour contractors, and security teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

* Monitor and approve overtime requests from employees within the respective departments.

* Track and manage employee leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage for essential functions.

* Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are properly trained in their roles and responsibilities.

* Monitor resource usage, including electricity, water, and other utilities, within each department.

* Implement measures to eliminate wastage and optimize resource utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for all departments, including electrical safety, maintenance procedures, and environmental regulations (RO, STP, ETP).

* Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
